About the Role :
Wealcoder is looking for a detail-oriented and passionate QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our web and software products. You will work closely with the development team to design and execute test plans, identify bugs, and maintain high product standards. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software testing processes and a keen eye for detail to help deliver seamless, high-quality digital solutions.
Job Responsibility:
- Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Identify, document, and track bugs through the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure product quality.
- Perform regression, functional, performance, and usability testing.
- Validate new features, releases, and bug fixes before deployment.
- Maintain detailed test documentation and quality metrics.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance QA effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. But we don’t care about your academic background if you’re a well-versed and good fit for the position.
Skills Required :
- Strong knowledge of manual testing and test case management tools (e.g., Jira, Click Up, Test Rail).
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) is a plus.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and bug tracking systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API testing (Postman preferred).
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
- Must be honest, loyal, ethical, and have good manners.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester. A strong portfolio is to be presented and defended during the interview.
- Salary : 20k-25k
- Job Location : Mirpur-6, Dhaka Bangladesh.
