Job Summary:
Wealcoder is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our growing design and development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital products that align with business goals and enhance the customer experience. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life from concept to final execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and enhance user interfaces for WordPress plugin dashboards, ensuring intuitive user experiences and alignment with modern UI/UX best practices.
- Design and update UI for live websites, ensuring usability and visual consistency.
- Manage design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
- Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
- Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Continuously analyze user behavior and suggest UX improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in UI/UX or product design roles.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/Honors/Diploma or a relevant field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in Product Design.
