Job Context:
We’re looking for a Paid Media & Email Campaign Expert who can plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
The ideal candidate will also manage email marketing through tools like GetResponse, Mailchimp, or Brevo, helping us convert leads into loyal customers.
You’ll play a key role in growing our brand visibility, generating leads, and increasing sales for our flagship product, Animation Addons for Elementor, and other upcoming launches.
Job Responsibility:
- Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Conduct audience research, keyword targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign ROI.
- Create and manage email campaigns through GetResponse, Mailchimp, or Brevo.
- Build automated email sequences, segment lists, and design engaging newsletters.
- Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create ad creatives and email visuals.
- Maintain ad budgets and ensure campaigns meet performance targets.
- Stay updated with trends in paid media, email automation, and conversion optimization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, ROAS, audience segmentation, and retargeting.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (GetResponse, Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Pixel tracking, and UTM setup.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 2–4 years of experience in paid media and email marketing campaigns.
