Job Context:
We are looking for a skilled GSAP Animation Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript and modern web animation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about web motion, storytelling, and creating smooth, high-performance animations using GSAP.
Job Responsibility:
- Research and explore advanced animation techniques and trends
- Design and develop creative, high-quality web animations
- create new creative animation for our plugins
- Optimize animations for performance and cross-browser compatibility
- Fix existing plugin animation issues
- Contribute ideas to build a rich, scalable animation system with reusable motion patterns
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (Deep JS concepts)
- Excellent command of HTML & CSS
- Advanced experience with GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform)
- Solid understanding of web motion and animation principles
- Ability to build complex timelines, scroll-based animations, and interactions
- Performance-aware animation development
- Deep expertise in GSAP
- Timelines, nested timelines, keyframes
- ScrollTrigger, Observer, Flip, Pin, DrawSVG, SplitText,
- Performance tuning and best practices
- Additional Skill Required: Must be honest, loyal, ethical, and have good manners.
Academic Qualification:
- Not mandatory. Skills, experience, and animation quality will be prioritized over formal education
- Salary : Up to 35K BDT
- Job Location : Mirpur-6, Dhaka. (Near Metro Station Mirpur 10)
