Job Summary:
WealCoder is looking for a results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead marketing for our WordPress plugins and SaaS products.
This is a strategy + execution role. The CMO will own the full marketing function, lead campaigns end-to-end, build growth systems, and drive measurable results across traffic, conversions, revenue, and retention
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the overall marketing and growth strategy
- Lead marketing for WordPress plugins and SaaS products
- Plan and manage product launches, feature releases, and campaigns
- Drive user acquisition through SEO, content, paid ads, partnerships, and community marketing
- Build and manage influencer, affiliate, and ecosystem partnerships
- Own brand positioning, messaging, and content strategy
- Optimize funnels, onboarding, upsell, and retention flows
- Track and analyze key metrics (Traffic, CAC, LTV, MRR, retention)
- Use tools like GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, and SEO tools
- Work closely with product, development, and design teams
- Build, lead, and mentor the marketing team
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing
- Experience with WordPress plugins, SaaS, or product-based companies
- Strong understanding of content strategy, growth funnels, and PLG
- Experience with email marketing, automation, and lifecycle campaigns
- Experience managing paid campaigns, influencers, and affiliate programs
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Leadership mindset with clear communication skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in a product-based company (preferred).
- Proven experience in team leadership is mandatory.
