About the Role :
We’re looking for a Product Engineer Lead to take full ownership of the technical development, growth, and stability of our products — including Animation Addons for Elementor and other upcoming WordPress plugins.
This role is ideal for a senior developer who can think like a product owner — balancing code quality, innovation, user experience, and business goals. You’ll lead development, plan new features, fix bugs, manage releases, and collaborate with other team members to deliver world-class WordPress solutions.
Job Responsibility:
- Lead the technical direction and roadmap for Animation Addons and other WordPress plugins.
- Plan, architect, and develop new features using modern WordPress and JavaScript standards.
- Oversee plugin performance, compatibility, and code quality.
- Manage version releases, changelogs, and documentation updates.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and support teams to ensure product success.
- Mentor junior developers and assign tasks based on priorities.
- Work closely with the CTO & CEO if needed to align technical plans with business goals.
- Ensure Elementor, GSAP, and WordPress core updates remain fully compatible.
- Contribute to internal tools and systems to improve the plugin ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- At least graduation or diploma at CSE. But we don’t care about your academic background if you’re a well-versed and good fit for the position .
Experience Require:
- 3+ years of experience in WordPress plugin development (PHP, JS, REST API, hooks, filters).
- Solid understanding of React, Webpack/Vite, and modern JS build tools.
- Experience managing small development teams or mentoring junior developers.
- Familiar with Git, Agile workflows, and release management.
- Ability to balance technical excellence with product usability and business goals.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Bonus Skills
- Knowledge of Elementor, GSAP, and front-end animation techniques.
- Experience with WooCommerce, Gutenberg, or SaaS integrations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD automation, testing, and plugin deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and design collaboration (Figma).
