Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on paid advertising and email marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms to drive product visibility, user acquisition, and engagement.
Job Responsibility:
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, and other channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to achieve marketing KPIs.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automation flows.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align messaging and campaign goals.
- Assist in the video-making process for social media campaigns, collaborating with the video editor to ensure message clarity and promotional alignment.
- Assist community engagement activities
- Track campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Support broader marketing initiatives such as product promotions, lead generation, and remarketing strategies.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and audience segmentation.
- Understanding of social media video content trends and how they align with marketing goals.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, UTM tracking, and conversion pixels.
- A data-driven mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Solid understanding of fundamental marketing principles, including customer journey, funnel stages, and positioning.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
- Additional Requirement: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Salary : 25,000-35,000 BDT.
